Scheepswerf Wolthuis - Part II

Nog even weer terug naar die wonderlijke Scheepswerf Wolthuis...
Daar waar eeuwenoude Historie en Vakmanschap samensmelten met het hedendaagse gevecht tegen het Verval in een setting van die van de Oude Hollandse Meesters ...

Medio April gaat de Werf Wolthuis op de schop...
Na maanden en jarenlange lobby en fondsenwerving wordt er begonnen aan een grootscheepse (!) renovatie, die de werf in Oude Luister moet herstellen...

Nog net even tijd om wat plaatjes te schieten van hoe het was...
Voordat de Renovatiebezigheden de aloude Sfeer en Chaos zullen verstoren en een
in Melancholie gedrenkte, schoongewassen kunstsfeer zullen achterlaten...

Will be posting the text in English too from now on...

This is about an old shipyard near my home...Built around 1700.
It is being renovated upcoming april.
Went there to capture the autentic atmosfere before things are changed.
Hope to portrait the owner soon, he has a very nice rugged face!
